1.2 Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only when you receive an official confirmation from us (via email, WhatsApp Message, or phone call). Ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid issues.
1.3 Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or loss of priority for future bookings.
1.4 Late Arrivals
Arriving late may reduce your service time or result in cancellation, depending on our schedule. We recommend arriving on time to receive full service.
1.5 No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice may be charged a fee or required to prepay for future services.
2. No Refund Policy
Once the service has been completed, no financial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Service Satisfaction and Complaints
We value your feedback and aim to provide high-quality service. If you are dissatisfied, you must submit your complaint within three (3) days of the service date. Complaints made after this period may not be reviewed or eligible for resolution.
4. Service Guarantee – Redo Policy
We offer a one-time service redo free of charge if the result does not meet reasonable expectations and our service standards.
This guarantee does not include or imply any financial refund.
5. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
Any information collected during booking or service delivery will be used solely for communication, scheduling, and service-related purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our services, we are not liable for:
Any personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from the service
Reactions or issues arising from undisclosed health conditions, allergies, or preferences
Service outcomes affected by client behavior, noncompliance, or external conditions beyond our control
